The subject of feminism has always sparked quite a bit of debate over the years, not only among different genders, but even among women. Feminism means something different to everyone! One b-town diva in particular revealed what feminism means to her a while back.
Kangana Ranaut, the beauty of B-town is quite boisterous when it comes to her beliefs and won’t hesitate to shamelessly let others know where she stands on a particular subject. She opened up about her fierce view of feminism after getting no support from women when she spoke out against Bollywood manners.
According to an India Economic Times report, the actress had lashed out at Bollywood manners and in turn was criticized for her views and labeled as seeking attention. The actress got agitated when no woman stood up for her even though she is a feminist. She used the term “feminist Suicidal Snowflake†on anyone who didn’t seem to have the same point of view as her.
Adding to the fire, she also tweeted: “I love how all the depressed and suicidal snowflake feminists are doing tauba tauba on premarital sex, some of them are outraged that a Padma laureate Shri indulges in sex with this Victorian / Islamic approach to a woman’s sexuality, the flakes are melting on my TL.
She went on to say, “Another suicidal snowflake is insulting me for no reason. By blocking yourself, you don’t deserve my light. Rest in peace, â€she added.
